Q: DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE

We have international shipping available. At the moment International orders are shipped tracked.
If you would like your order sent with International Standard (with no tracking) please contact us at [email protected]

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail.

UK orders are shipped with Signed for 1st class.
International Orders are shipped with International Tracked and Signed ( or for some countries,  International Signed.)

UK orders should typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days
International orders may take between 3 to 5 weeks to arrive but may take longer.
Please allow more time for your parcel to arrive as delays may occur due to COVID-19

Please note: certain countries require a custom fee to be paid for item purchased outside your country. We are not responsible for custom fees or duties associated with international shipping. 

Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP

We aim to process and dispatch ready stock orders within 3 weeks . Products marked as PRE-ORDER and orders containing PRE-ORDER item will ship once all the items in your order have arrived at our facility.

Q: WHAT DOES 'PRE-ORDER' MEAN?

Items marked as PRE-ORDER are currently in production and not at our facility, it will be shipped to you once we have received them.

Q: WHY HASN'T MY PRE-ORDER SHIPPED YET

If your order contains a pre-order item, it will not be shipped out until the pre-order item has arrived at our facility. We will do our best to make sure our customers are aware of the estimated arrival time of the pre-order item on our listing.

Please consider purchasing the ready-stock items and the pre-order items separately if you would like to receive your ready-stock item first. Alternatively, you may wait until the pre-order item becomes available for ready-stock during the next shop update!

Q: WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Please refer to the tracking number we have provided via your email to locate your parcel. Unfortunately once your parcel has left our facility it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & REFUND POLICIES

All orders are final. There are no exchanges or refunds once order has been placed due to the hygiene and exclusivity of the products.

Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order as we are unable to make any changes once your order has been processed and dispatched.
